Adverse Weather

If adverse weather e.g moderate snowfall, causes minor disruption, we understand that there may be some delay to pupils arriving at school. If possible parents/carers should update the school if they believe that they may arrive after 9.00am.

In the event of severe disruption e.g heavy snowfall, a decision will be made with regards to the opening of the school. If for any reason the school is unable to open, we will notify the local radio stations and provide information to parents/carers via email, the school website, Facebook and Twitter.

Wraparound Care

The school is working in partnership with Building Bricks to ensure our provision is disrupted as little as possible by the weather. During operational hours staff at Building Bricks can be contacted on 07724173230 or Jackie Phillips can be contacted on 01430 879804 / 07523990978. If the wraparound provision is affected by adverse weather the Building Bricks @ Hunsley Primary Facebook page will be updated.
