Mr Paddy Hall

Paddy is also a Director on the TEAL Trust Board.

Paddy has an unusual breadth of experience across the public, third and private sectors; he has won and delivered Education, Health and Social Care contracts for over fifty different local authorities, inspection companies, community organisations and government initiatives. His previous employment background covers, teaching, youth work and working with local authorities and voluntary sector organisations including eight years as an LEA Adviser and inspector in the former Humberside Local Authority, and eight years as Vice-Principal of an internationally recognised inner-city community college in Leicester.

Paddy Hall was formerly an Associate Director for CPC Ltd. He created, and headed the Learning, Care and Community Practice of PPS Plc and was a director of the company for four years. His key skill is in helping inter-disciplinary leaders and managers unravel complex agendas and develop clear priorities and direction of travel.

His experience includes work as an Additional OFSTED Inspector for post-16, youth services, Connexions partnerships. He has led reviews and inspections of Youth Offending Services, Adult Education, Prison Education and Youth Offending Service) He is an experienced OFSTED Additional Inspector for special education, secondary and primary schools taking part in more than 100 inspections before working full time as a consultant.

He has two grandchildren happily on roll at the primary school

Paddy is currently a trustee of a large wildlife trust, and a non-executive director of a primary health care partnership. He has just published his first children’s book.
